We collect very little, and only what running the business requires:
Two things we deliberately do not collect: the free AI audit runs entirely in your browser, so your answers are never transmitted to us or stored by us; and this site takes no payments and holds no accounts.
Information you send us lives in our business systems (Google Workspace) with access limited to the people who need it. Analytics data lives in our Google Analytics account. We take reasonable steps to keep both secure.
To respond when you contact us, to run the meetings you book, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to keep in touch if you have asked us to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
Only the service providers that make the site and the business run: Google (Workspace and Analytics), Cal.com (scheduling) and Netlify (website hosting). Each holds data under its own privacy terms, and each is likely to store data on servers overseas, typically in the United States.
Email hello@echelonone.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your information and we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
We keep personal information only as long as the purposes above require, then delete it. If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
